Ships of Glory is an immersive and captivating free-to-play massively multiplayer online naval combat simulator. Players have the exciting opportunity to take command of a diverse fleet, including Torpedo Boats, Patrol Boats, Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts, Submarines, Cargo Ships, Hospital Ships, and now Aircraft Carriers.
Each ship possesses unique attributes, challenging players to adapt their combat strategies for success. The inclusion of Cargo Ships and Hospital Ships adds depth to gameplay by incorporating missions within the central combat arena.
The gameplay in Ships of Glory can be defined as an exhilarating never-ending death match. The action unfolds in a vast open environment complete with islands, ports, and narrow passages. With minimal restrictions, players experience the freedom to engage with ships of varying tiers. While a tier 1 ship can share the arena with a tier 5 ship, there are no obligations to engage in combat. The tier 1 ship, typically faster, offers players the opportunity to avoid confrontation. For new players, an independent training arena with low tier ships is available.
Furthermore, Ships of Glory features a built-in friends system that facilitates teamwork and cooperation. Friends can battle together, their ships appearing as friendly blips on radar while disabling friendly fire. The system also enables players to reward each other with in-game currency for their assistance during combat.
Armed with an array of weapons including turrets, torpedoes, depth charges, hedgehogs, and mines, players can unleash havoc across the 13 ships currently available.
